Narcadic Returns Policy

You have 7 days from the date your order has been fully delivered to request a return. The 7-day return period begins only once all items in your order have been delivered.

All clothing must be returned unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

All sneakers must be returned in their original, unworn condition, including the original sneaker box. The sneaker box must be placed inside a separate outer shipping box to protect it during transit. Returns sent without an outer box may be refused or returned to the customer if the sneaker box is damaged.

Please note that any order purchased using a gift card is non-refundable.

If your return does not meet our return requirements and is not accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of having the item shipped back to you.

Items purchased as part of a promotional event or sale are eligible for store credit only. Standard discount codes that are not part of a promotional event are exempt from this policy.

Please note that only one return label can be created per order. We recommend waiting until all items from your order have arrived before submitting your return request.
